Let us entertain the children for you..

Our aim with offering parents a holiday club is to provide affordable childcare for older children and siblings who usually either attend school or our before and after school sessions.

Our action packed holiday club is for children aged between 5 - 11 years. The children are split into two groups so activities can be designed with age groups in mind.

Acorn Club is for children aged between 5 - 8 years

Oak Club is for children aged 9 - 11 years

Using the National Trust campaign “50 Things to do before your 11 3/4” we aim to take children to explore the great outdoors learning new skills and trying new things. Each program is carefully structured to include high energy action games with calmer fun based activities like arts, crafts & cooking.

Each child will be given a wild adventure scrapbook that has everything they need to tackle 50 fantastic adventures. These adventures have been nominated to the National Trust by children from all over the country. Your child will get the chance to try everything from star gazing to flying kites, cooking on a camp fire and tracking wild animals. There are five elements, adventuring, discovering, ranging, tracking and exploring each element has ten actives to do and try.

The adventurer may climb a tree or roll down a big hill

The discoverer may go on a bike ride or dam a stream

The ranger may visit a farm or make a grass trumpet

The tracker may go hunting for bugs or discover what is inside a pond

The explorer may build a raft or find there way with a compass
